Princess Camp

Today was the first day of princess camp. I told mommy many times that I really had fun. My friends Emma and Bennett were there too. We are all in the same group. We met in the parking lot and headed inside to where they had decorated the entrance like a castle. Snow white was the theme today, many girls were dressed up like her, and we watched a short movie, danced, and made wands (magnets for the frig).

Each group had a princess and we joined Sleeping Beauty's group. She thought Tinkerbell was so funny. I think tomorrow we'll be in with a different princess.

Girls Week

This week was fun-filled, action packed. We've been keeping Ellie, our neighbor's dog, which we love and Kristen, who last year Sadie referred to as her sister and sometimes cries when we does get to see her.

Snack at the top of Kennesaw Mountain. Ok-we cheated and drove to the parking lot at the top and just walked a little ways. Sadie is not quite a hiker yet, and she's just toooo heavy to carry, especially up hill after doing leg and back exercises that morning. As we drove to the top of the mountain, everyone we passed walking/running was greeting with "Hello's" from the back seat from the greeters-Kristen and Sadie.

First time to go to the movies. We took Kristen and Nicole with us and met Nick and Emily in the lobby. We watched "Horton hears a Who". Kristen and Nicole were warned it was my first time to the theatre and I may not be able to watch to whole movie. But I did!! there was a scary bird which I called a woodpecker- and sat on mom's and Nicole's lap, but we all liked the movie!!

Yes, we've spent a lot of time at the pool this week. One day we meet some friends at Chad's pool. I'm loving swimming and am very proud of myself for swimming underwater and I ask everyone to watch me. Yes, a lot of time at the pool means Thursday to Wednesday with one day going twice. We've taken a couple of days off to relax some.

One day everyone came to my pool to play, Ms. Sara won a Oscar Myer hot dog party. She brought hot dogs and all the fixings to the pool - It was lots and lots of fun!!!!

Collecting Eggs

Sadie and I went to visit some friends. Sadie had never been there before. Sadie got to go to the Chicken coop and even hold the "friendly" chicken. We brought brown and green eggs home and took them to Mitchell's the next day for everyone to see and eat. Sadie's favorite was the green eggs.

Worn Out

Too tired to get all the way on the bed.

Sadie had a big day of moving into the purple room and swimming at the pool, dancing in the living room and playing with Ellie. She is starting to go underwater, and yesterday really did"swim" underwater. This weekend she did lots of cool stuff - including summersaults.

VBS

Sadie went to VBS near the house, where a friend of hers was going. Sadie did great and loved it even though her friend didn't make it the first day. She loves to meet new friends everywhere she goes.

Tiny Dancer

This is picture day at the dance studio. I have eleven girls in my class, and we all loved getting dressed up in our costumes.

Catch Up

Where have we been? Funny how school is out and we've been even busier.First we ended the school year with a party at Tyler house. It was misty, but we had lots of fun playing outside anyway. Then the next week Dad had a meeting/class in Cookeville, so Mom and I tagged along. Everyone stayed at MiMi's including to guys that daddy works with. I had lots of fun visiting MiMi, even though she was busy at the vistor's center and we joined her water aeorbics. Mom and I went to the Children's museum in Cookeville, and MiMi met us there.
Then I had a play date at Dorothy's on Friday, then her mom had her sister that weekend. I finished up swim lessons thru the county, and now have them at my pool with Miss Hayley. Oh yeah, we had a yard sale on a weekend, which I helped mom on Friday and handed out tickets to everyone that bought something. Then we left dad to man the yard for a few hours by himself on Saturday while mom and I went to Mitchell's birthday party.
Memorial day at Evan and Reeves Party. I spent a day playing with Maisie and Miles. and lots of dance rehearsals. the Second weekend in June was my dance recital. Mimi and Aunt Jo came in for the big event. Then vacation bible school and while I was gone mom painted my new room purple!
