Our Flowers

We have Trilliums in our back yard. It's our favorite thing to watch come up, grow and bloom in the spring. I've counted nine, but not all of them bloom. Sadie took this picture of one close up.

When Dad's Away....

Dad went on a ski vacation so Mom and I went visiting.
After school and playgroup at the park, we went home packed and left to see MiMi.

We spent the night at MiMi's. I had lots and lots of fun playing baby dolls and letters with MiMi.
Before lunch we left so MiMi could go to work and we went to Aunt Merts.


PawPaw came over for dinner, but he didn't bring Spot.


Max and Maddie taught me a new card game, I even won the first game. How's that for beginners luck.

And no visit would be complete without a parade. We all got dressed up (yes, Max put on his suite-how handsome) and went down the driveway. I am just learning to drive, so there were many obsticles in my way.. the goal post, the porch..and what, you're suppose to take your foot off the gas??? so I didn't get very far.

Then we ended the trip at Aunt Jo and Uncle Tommy's. Aunt Jo and I played picnic (in just about every room of her house)... then mom and I headed back home, to get ready for me to be leader at schoool on Monday!

Dad brought me a pink water bottle from Yellowstone, and I love it. Next year he's going to teach me to ski!!

Easter Decoratorating

Mom and I got out the Easter Decoratorations the other day. I was having so much fun with the plastic eggs, and love to decorate. Mom was busy for a little while, and I found the Easter Basket grass, and it looks great all over the floor downstairs. I couldn't wait to show Dad my decorating ability.

The Artist

Sadie has been doing a lot of chalk art on the driveway. Mom was so proud of this one, it's a cloud with rain coming down into the puddles below. She did it all by herself. It was a very thought out concept, and of course we already know how smart she is. She was very proud of it.

Birthday Party Bash

My friend Ava had a birthday party. It was lots and lots and lots of fun. There was a bouncey/jumpy place in the backyard. And then Snow White and Cinderella came to the party, We got our make up done, and they taught us Princess Manners at the tea party, then we danced. Then back outside to jump, cake and then a Magican show. It was GREAT!

Sleeping Beauty

Mom and I went to the playhouse to watch Sleeping Beauty. I didn't know the story, but knew a Princess was involved. It was exciting, although, I did wonder out loud where was Sleeping Beauty...the story starts before she was born. After the show, they invited the audience to meet the actors, I was up and out of my seat before the actors even left the stage. Needless to say I was the first to meet them, I gave "Hester the Jester" , the narrator, a big hug.



Then I asked mom tons and tons of questions all the way home.

Snow in Georgia

It did snow this year. It was a wet snow, but we got about 1.5 inches here, other areas got more. Mom and I drove around the next day and looked at snowmen the kids in our neighborhood had made, all the other snow as already gone.

Storytime

I love having books read to me! I'm starting to "read" them to mom, dad, and my stuffed animals.
